Sourced from the rolling, high-altitude hills of Machado in Minas Gerais, Brazil, this single-origin lot reflects generations of traditional farming heritage. Cultivated at 1,150 meters above sea level, the coffee cherries are harvested together from a rich mix of regional varieties to create a remarkably balanced and harmonious profile.

Processed using the classic dry (natural) method, whole coffee cherries are sun-dried prior to hulling. Rather than overwhelming fruit notes, this traditional technique produces a luxurious, creamy body complemented by a comforting, classic sweetness—making for an exceptionally smooth daily cup.
